Hi my name is Kayden and im turning 10 in March, sometimes my friends call me kaydenay (kay-de-na-na-na) i love books my one of my fav series is goosebumps and hunger games. My close friends are Max Dylan Jasper,Blake and Preston. I LOVE Lego, my fav Lego series are Lego minecraft,batman movie. Other things i like are scooby doo and remote control things that fly.

This week in math i found it fairly hard so í asked and when í got it i found it really easy.

The area game is really fun, and i played a ‘few’ games with Dylan. Dylan won all of them according to him!!!

Reading

When we did reading with Mrs Bryant it was awesome. But bad side I hadn't read enough! Of the book I was reading!!!ARGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE BORROWERS FILM ANALYSE ESSAY

Director, Peter hewitt of the borrowers film does cross-cutting between Mr ocious P. potter.

Trying to find the will that said who the old house really belonged to. Then he crosscuts to

Arrietty and Pea Green trying to return the lost will back to pete of the lenders family.

The kitchen to rescue his children(Arrietty and pea green). this shows how big the fridge

compared to Pod.

Panning shows a figure  large room in a large room/place not big enough for the camera to fit it in, so the camera “pans” the area in.

Meeting Mousy

This is it! We’re finally going to meet the mystery mouse.The box he was in was comforting my trembling hands as I brought into our (not tiny but not big) peppermint white kitchen. I very gently placed it on the bench, as I did I could feel it running around saying “Squeak squeak where’s my family squeak squeak...                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

school fair preparations

SCHOOL FAIR PREPARATIONS

I'm doing the bin with Kerin I had just finished empting the bin in the skip bin when our car pulled 

up in front of it. I knew why mum was here.  Mum was here to help do baking for the school fair.  This was the first time I had gone.  Next me Flynn,Billy,Mum and Tyelar walked into the hall.

Baking was fun. It was home time and we hadn't finished, so Mum finished it with Tyelar.

Triathlon

Triathlon

I’m running my heart out coming to the zebra crossing, I give my legs a little rest. Oops I forgot to tell you what is going on, It’s Triathlon day, one of the school days I’m not looking forward. to The gates open I dash towards my super shiny bike, hop on it and scooter the first two meters then hop on get the rhythm and start pedaling away. I gain speed very quickly, I pass the other players fast that's the first first lap done, I count how many seconds it takes me to do the second lap, it takes me 1:54. I run towards the school crossing, It’s very very hard work my legs are killing me. Finally the gates open I sprint towards the pool, once it's my turn to get in I do an amazing dive. My legs are so tired I do freestyle without kicking for the first two laps then start kicking. After I get out of the pool, I put all of my effort into the run, my foot touches the finish line then everything stops. It’s over. I feel like I’m dead but happy that I finished.  ;D

learning conference 2016

Learning Conference


It's the night I've been dreading... learning conference night!!!!! We're waiting outside and Josh came out. Next we walked inside and I presented my mihi to my Mum. One of my learning goals was to focus and to pay more attention. The learning conference didn't go so well because I hadn't done the work to finish my powerpoint slides.  But it is finished now. I'm really happy with my goals now.

Da Vinci Visit

Da Vinci Visit 

I liked the Da Vinci visit.  My favourite thing at the museum was the magic mirrors. I saw some lucky tokens for sale. There were penguins on a glass wall. I was taller than all except the last one. My favourite machine was the castle idea. It was to put spikes in the castle walls so invaders could not climb them.

I liked going to the museum. It was fun to touch and play with the machines.
