Term 3 Review

So far this term has been EPIC!!!I have Enjoyed the term heaps.My favorite part of the term was probably production.As hard as it was in that itchy costume i enjoyed it quite a lot.

Are we a wasteful society

I think you know we are wasting water but do you know we are wasting things that affect our environment in a negative way.Prepare to be shocked as you listen to these true facts…

1Water, just by leaving one tap dripping you can waste around a litre of water a day,Also check your dishwasher’s energy/water rating.most dishwashers waste 15 litres in one wash, that’s crazy!!!Hand washing dishes saves about 8 litres of water. Drinking Water is only 1% ,97% of the water on the planet is too salty 2% is too icy leaving 1% available to drink.So think again when you’re about to turn on the dishwasher,Think, could I hand wash or am I not bothered?

Next, thrown away electronics.This has a big effect on our environment , it can cause environmental problems. They can also contain harmful materials like lead(led),cadmium,beryllium and more.More importantly, it exposes personal data.Hackers will find it easy to hack your account which might have your credit card number,paypal number or whatever you use.Don’t throw away old tech.

You probably don’t know this, but people are wasting A crud ton of good meat. You’re probably thinking’ how are people wasting meat?well here’s the answer, hunting. People shoot 300 pound deer only getting the trill,fur and trophy head out of it.Or just too lazy to carry it around.Recreational people are people that fish and hunt for families or themselves.yet commercial hunters/fishers just go for the money.Commercial fishers can catch up to 90 fish only wanting one species.throwing about 70%of them back DEAD!!!

So now you know,don’t throw away rubbish or more importantly don’t throw away old tech recycle it,if you’re a hunter leave dead prey out there and don’t waste water.

Reflection Week 9 Term 3

This week in maths (i don't remember what we did😁)
In writing we are doing similes and i think i am getting quite good at doing similes i have quite a good simile I am quite proud of; The floorboard creaking was like a bone slowly,slowly braking
and in reading i dont think we did anything😁.

Reflection Week 4 Term 3

In maths This week we have been doing division a lot.This is the bonus question that early finishers do,7÷49836258700 = 07119465528r4.




In reading we have been doing the usual stuff...AND STATIC IMAGES!!!  I like doing static images a lot because I found it amazing how Light,bright and colorful and Dark,Dreary and Gloomy culers can change the picture a lot.Also I haven't found any of the mistakes in the proof reading as it is quite hard👲🎍🏄.

Reflection Week 2 Term 3

In Maths we have been doing division and I feel quite comfortable with it now.78➗6=13(I think).

In Reading I still have only found 8 mistakes in the proof reading as this one is quite hard.Also I like the new book talk system as its more efficient and I don't think I would like to be stranded on a desert island like Martine and Ben.

In Spelling I am going to try to pass O this week so I can be on P with Dylan.(I'm pretty sure i passed!!!)

In Production I am feeling pretty confident about my lines and I know I will try my hardest😎😉.

Hi my name is Kayden and im turning 10 in March, sometimes my friends call me kaydenay (kay-de-na-na-na) i love books my one of my fav series is goosebumps and hunger games. My close friends are Max Dylan Jasper,Blake and Preston. I LOVE Lego, my fav Lego series are Lego minecraft,batman movie. Other things i like are scooby doo and remote control things that fly.

This week in math i found it fairly hard so í asked and when í got it i found it really easy.

The area game is really fun, and i played a ‘few’ games with Dylan. Dylan won all of them according to him!!!

Reading

When we did reading with Mrs Bryant it was awesome. But bad side I hadn't read enough! Of the book I was reading!!!ARGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr Gemmell gave us school journal part 3 number 3 2008,we had to read the poem ‘the sink’ by Greg O'Connell.


Spelling
